House Rules

Thank you for choosing Weiss Central Boutique. By booking or checking in, you agree to follow the rules below and any on-site building regulations.

1) Check-in & Check-out (Smart Door Codes)

Self check-in via smart door code. Your unique code will be sent before arrival.
Codes are time-bound: they remain INACTIVE until your check-in time and are DISABLED after your check-out time.
Standard times: Check-in after 15:00; Check-out by 11:00 (Europe/Bucharest).
Early check-in / late check-out requires approval and a new time window for your code (fees may apply).
Do not share your code. You are responsible for all access made with it.
If you forget your code or the window needs adjusting (delays/early arrivals), contact us and we’ll reissue.

2) During your stay

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property (including bathrooms/windows).
No parties or events. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Registered guests only. Visitors allowed 08:00–22:00 and may not stay overnight.
Pets are not allowed.
Keep common areas (hallway) clear; do not leave personal items outside rooms.
Do not move furniture or detach fixtures. Report any damage immediately.
Kitchenette (if applicable): light cooking only.
Turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when leaving the room.
No candles, incense, or open flames.

3) Safety & security

Entrance/common hallway may be monitored by CCTV. There are no cameras in guest rooms.
Do not tamper with smart locks, keypads, smoke/CO detectors, or fire equipment.
Windows/balcony (if present): use with care; supervise children at all times.
Emergencies: call 112. Non-urgent issues: info@weisscentralboutique.com.

4) Cleaning & linens

Please avoid staining towels/linens with makeup, self-tanner, or hair dye (replacement fees may apply).
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, sanitary items, or other materials.

5) Damages, fees & access

You are responsible for any damage or missing items during your stay.
Extra cleaning due to smoke, excessive mess, or policy breaches may incur a fee.
Unauthorized overnight guests, parties, or pets may result in charges and/or immediate cancellation.
If a code is shared or access is misused, we may reset locks/codes and charge an administrative fee.

6) Compliance & building rules

Please follow posted building rules and reasonable instructions from building staff.
Repeated or serious violations may result in the stay being ended without refund.
